Academic Ethics

  • Any kind of self-plagiarism or plagiarism from the work(s) of others should be avoided in an article. If you use a model, concept, figure, table, data, or conclusive comment from a previously published work in your paper, you must properly cite the source work.
  • The paper, prior to submission, should be checked for plagiarism using licensed plagiarism software.
  • If you are using any copyrighted material, prior permission should be obtained from the copyright holder.
  • The plagiarism content should not exceed 15%, and the similarity content should not exceed 5%.

  • Papers submitted are not being previously published in any other forum.
  • All submitted papers will be scrutinized by an expert committee.
  • The authors of selected papers will be intimated through e-mail only.
  • Authors willing to present their paper at the conference should submit the full-length paper in .doc format (AIP format).
  • Presentations at the conference will be conducted offline.
